KOM Software and EqualLogic deliver iSCSI archiving solution

KOM Software Inc., an innovative provider of Data Archiving Solutions and Storage Management software, and EqualLogic, a leading provider of enterprise-class iSCSI storage area network (SAN) solutions, today announced the deployment of a joint Hard Disk Archiving (e-WORM) and iSCSI SAN data archival solution. The combined solution allowed the customer to simplify the deployment and operation of consolidated storage and take advantage of compliance enabling features such as data authenticity and security.

The e-WORM solution is designed to complement EqualLogic's iSCSI SAN solution, and is fully compatible with Windows Server platforms and Microsoft's storage technologies.
