KOMpliance addresses the record preservation requirements of Sections 802(a) and 802(a)1 by employing a combination of encryption and WORM technology to securely preserve records for the full length of their mandated retention periods. These records are immutably preserved: neither their contents, time stamps, or other attributes can be altered. KOMpliance also preserves log files, permanently recording any attempts to alter the files. KOMpliance automatically writes and preserves the selected file types in a virtual volume using a set of rules-based procedures.
The KOMpliance software solution is hardware-agnostic and can be deployed in both physical and virtual environments.
